Classic Butter Chicken
This mouth-wateringly flavorful and velvety, tomato-based curry is mildly spiced but has complex depth of flavor. Delicious with chicken, seafood, lamb, paneer, or vegetables.

3 Simple Steps | Ready in 15 mins
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan at a medium heat, add spices and cook for 20 seconds.
Add the diced meat or chopped vegetables and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned before adding the base sauce (small pouch), simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Stir in the main sauce (big pouch) and fish/seafood (if using) and simmer for another 3-6 minutes or until the ingredients are cooked through. Remove whole spices and serve with rice or naan bread.

In step two try adding some large cubes of red onion and green peppers with the protein for crunch and flavor.
For a smoky flavor, marinate skinned chicken breast or thighs in base sauce (small pouch), and grill until charred in places, and finish cooking in the main sauce (large pouch) on the stove.
