The Spice Tailor makes restaurant quality sauce kits that you can use to cook with at home. We are extremely passionate about helping you cook great-tasting international dishes with ease. We love all things spice and have carefully tailored the spices that go in our quick and easy Indian and Asian curry kits. With our kits, you can cook delicious, restaurant quality meals at home in just 15 minutes.
We have done the laborious side of things, so you don’t have to. With our kits, you can whip up a restaurant quality meal in just 15 minutes. We take inspiration from Indian and Asian cooking methods, layering the ingredients of our sauces step-by-step to build delicious depths of flavor.
Cooking with The Spice Tailor
All you need to do is follow the simple instructions on our packs and you’ll have dinner on the table in mere minutes.
Our Indian Curry Kits contain three pouches– a sachet of whole spices, a base sauce and a main sauce. Our Asian Curry kits also contain three pouches – a sachet of whole spices, curry paste and coconut sauce.
We have different collections of recipes using our kits on our website. This is regularly updated with new recipes to help inspire you, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled.
Our kits are very versatile and can be used in a slow cooker. However, depending on the ingredients you’re cooking with, you may need to add a splash of water to stop any sticking.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days of opening.
Our kits are tailored with whole spices, which you can either use or opt out of using. If you don’t like whole spices, grind these in a pestle and mortar and add them with the main sauce in step 3 (before final simmer), if left whole, remove them with a spoon before serving. Most of our kits come with a whole dried chili. If you don’t like heat, you can leave this out. Or, if you want to make your curry extra spicy, grind the chili and sprinkle this into the sauce while cooking.
