Thai Peanut Satay
A full-bodied peanut sauce with the perfect harmony of nutty textures, balanced with a little coconut and heightened by the tang of tamarind. Delicious with chicken, tofu, beef, or vegetables.

3 Simple Steps | Ready in 15 mins
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan at a medium heat and fry the chili from the spice pouch for optional heat.
Add the diced meat or chopped vegetables and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned before adding the base sauce (small pouch), simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Stir in the main sauce (big pouch) and fish/seafood (if using), kaffir lime leaves (spice pouch) and simmer for another 3-6 minutes or until the ingredients are cooked through. Remove whole spices and serve with rice or noodles.

Delicious when cooked with noodles, vegetables, tofu, eggs, seafood, red meat or chicken. Makes the perfect warm dipping sauce (if cooked as is).
Also great as a warm dressing (for example on a Gado Gado salad).
